Cynthia  A custom inspiration from last season's Derby, this amazing wide brim chapeau is similar to the Scarlett and Liza designs but as you shall see she has a personality all her own.  If you're looking for that one-of-a-kind hat statement, Cynthia is the hat for you!  Please ask about other color options.
